Our Process

Safety and trust are the most important words to consider when employing a nanny in your home.  Whether you have employed a nanny before or not, we are here to help to ensure those words are in the forefront throughout this whole process. Clear, concise communication as well as transparent fees give you the peace of mind that we have the professionalism to navigate you through this sometimes daunting and time consuming transition. Here is a step by step process which details how we can help you - 

• Establish your needs - We don't just ask the basics, we aim to learn as much as possible about your ethos so we can match you with someone who doesn't just tick boxes.
• Match - Using our access to multiple resources to find you a nanny, we will then match based on the details you have provided and the discussions we have had in our first phone call.  Once we have made a match, we then personally interview each candidate to ensure that they will fit with your family.  At this point, we will verify identification, eligibility to live and work in the UK and at least 2 references.   We will take copies of original qualification certificates if necessary and request Enhanced DBS checks are in place.  Should these not be in place, we work with the UK's largest provider of DBS checks using a system which allows us to monitor the checks through the various stages and will provide an e-result at the end of the process showing if the candidates certificate is clear or not.
• Interview - This will be arranged in either your home or a mutually convenient place.  Prior to this, we will have discussed the best questions to ask to get the most out of the interview.  
• Start Date - Great news, you've met the perfect match for your family.  At this point we can negotiate a start date and terms of employment.  As part of our service, we can draw up offer letters and contracts of employment on your behalf.  We will also create a working document for your new nanny including useful information such as routines, recipes, local areas to visit etc. for them to use as they get to know your family. 
• HR Support - Should you need it, we have a great network of support available through Nannytax, the leading UK's market leader in nanny payroll. They provide a complete employment service that includes payroll, pensions and insurance and through our affiliation, you can access this at a reduced rate.
