A friendly, busy family in Lower Earley are looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible, to look after their two children aged 9 and 7 and provide light household support.
The hours will be as follows:
· Monday – Friday, 15 hours total per week. Core working hours are 4pm – 6pm each day, with the exact start and finish times varying slightly depending on school schedules. For example, Mondays will definitely begin at 4pm, while other days may involve an earlier start or later finish. Once agreed, the weekly schedule will be set and consistent. There may also be opportunities for additional hours during school holidays, which will be discussed in advance.
The ideal person will:
· Have some childcare experience and a natural aptitude for working with children.
· Be caring, reliable and a safe pair of hands.
· Understand the importance of setting boundaries in a kind and supportive way.
· Be organised and proactive, with the ability to balance childcare alongside light household tasks.
Duties will include:
· School pick-ups and supervising the children.
· Supporting homework and evening routines.
· Preparing and serving simple dinners.
· Light housekeeping, tidying and assistance with laundry and ironing (no deep cleaning required).
A driver with their own car is essential for this role. Mileage will be paid at 45 pence per business mile.
The hourly salary for this position is £15/hr gross.

A busy and welcoming family in St Leonards Hill, Windsor are seeking a permanent nanny to support them with the care of their two daughters, aged 9 and 8. This is a long-term role, starting as soon as possible, although the family are happy to wait for the right candidate.
Hours:
· Monday – Friday, approx. 30–35 hours per week during term time. Core hours will be 2:00pm – 8:00pm.
· Parents manage the morning school run; children are at school during the day.
· The nanny will take over in the afternoons, collecting the girls from school and overseeing their care at home through to the evening.
· Additional hours may be offered during school holidays with plenty of notice.
The ideal person will:
· Have proven childcare experience (nannying or similar) and confidence working with school aged children.
· Be caring, reliable, and consistent with the ability to set firm but fair boundaries in a supportive way.
· Be energetic and engaged, able to keep up with two lively children after a busy school day.
· Speak fluent, articulate English, and be confident assisting with homework and reinforcing learning.
· Understand that this is a professional support role, working alongside the parents.

· A full, clean driving licence is essential, a car is required for school pick-ups. Mileage will be paid at 45 pence per business mile.
