This lets us get to know you and understand the intricate details of your needs, values and expectations.   

There is a lot to consider to ensure you are complying with employment legislation.  During this consultation,  we will also offer any advice on becoming a Nanny Employer and help you understand your legal responsibilities including how to navigate HMRC, setting up a PAYE scheme, how to provide payslips, declare tax as well as information on your obligations to provide a workplace pension. 

   Candidate profiles that match your requirements will be sent to you based on the job advertisement that has been created and our conversations. 

Zoom and face to face interviews with any candidates that you wish to talk with will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Once we have found your perfect nanny, we will arrange a trial day and if successful, assist with the process of becoming an employer by providing the following -
